The Jewish Federation of the Berkshires' Connecting with Community series will be joined by The Berkshire Jewish Voice’s editor Albert Stern for "Telling Our Stories in Print and Out Loud."  Stern will share his thoughts on how our Federation’s newspaper can tell the story of our Jewish community, while also connecting us to relevant news, cultural happenings, social trends, and ideas from throughout the Jewish world.

Stern will be asking participants to share their thoughts on making the BJV as relevant as possible to our Jewish community. A storyteller whose work has appeared onstage and in national publications, Stern will also perform some of his stories.

This free program is part of the Federation’s Connecting With Community Series and will be followed by a kosher hot lunch. Lunch is a $2 suggested donation for adults over 60 years of age or $7 for all others. Advance reservations are required for lunch and can be made by calling (413) 442-2200 before 9 a.m. on the day of the program.
