Eisner Day Camp Financial Assistance

Jewish Federation of the Berkshires and Eisner Day Camp have teamed up to make Jewish day camp affordable for every family. Your child can receive up to $200 a week toward attendance at Eisner Day Camp in Great Barrington:

Scholarship from Jewish Federation of the Berkshires ($100/week): PJ Library Kids who are enolled in our Berkshire PJ Library program, including those living in the CT and NY areas surrounding the Berkshires, can apply for $100 per week per child in financial assitance from the Federation. Click the blue button on this page to apply. Application submission deadline is April 30 of the camp year. Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Discount from Eisner Day Camp ($100/week): Eisner offers a discount of $100 per week per child enrolled in a Berkshire school year-round. You must apply for this discount directly with Eisner Day Camp.

Jewish Federation of the Berkshires Eisner Day Camp Scholarship Eligibility

• Day camper is between the age of 4 (by July 1, 2025) and rising second grader.
• At least one parent identifies as being Jewish.
• Family must register for Eisner Day Camp and submit verification of registration with their application.
• The application must be completed in full.
• Families must have donated or plan to contribute to Federation's Annual Campaign at any level.
• A separate application must be submitted for each child.
• Funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Application submission deadline: April 30 of the camp year.

Please click the blue Apply for Day Camp Scholarship button and complete one online application per day camper. Funding decisions will be announced in May.

Incomplete applications may not be considered. Past scholarship recipients are encouraged to apply for, but not guaranteed, future financial assistance.

Submission Deadline and Notification

The scholarship application for the upcoming summer will open in January and must be completed no later than April 30. The Scholarship Committee meets to review the applications and considers each application. Notification of awards or denial of funding is typically in May.
